What is The Metal Congregation?
We were initially set up in the summer of 2007, starting off on a promotional basis - then in Nov/December of 2007 we decided to set up a 'Metal Community' designed to bring together the world of metalheads. We used to post news via bullitens, and blogs for a short period from bands around the world including SLIPKNOT, MACHINE HEAD, METALLICA, and other big names in the world of metal. But that all got a bit tedious so we changed ALOT over the new year. During this transition we lost all 'happiness' in maintaining TMC, and abandoned it. But now, we've decided a rebirth is needed - now that we have alot more time to focus of making this work.

I'm currently insanely busy trying to sort out the forum.

ZB Been having problems with things, like updating the theme - all I can do is wait it out and hope they resolve it soon so I can get rid of this horrible origonal one!

Also got to set up a load of things, like emoticons, groups, avatar galleries, settings for certain things, new forums/catagories..

And on top of all this I'm working on the myspace AND website at the same time!!

On another note, don't expect too much in the way of updates over the weekend, got 2 gigs to attend and I'll be rather busy with that.

We have recently purchased some hosting, and a domain - These will be in effect towards this site as soon as possible! (Will post regarding this soon)


The forum and myspace (and soon the website) are all currently under construction - Expect a fully fledged Congregation very soon!
